Job Description
Based in: Sandakan, Sabah
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing IT roadmaps, IT policies, and IT budget.
- Manage local IT support matters.
- Supervise SAP and application support to ensure seamless operations for users.
- Ensure that IT Infrastructure such as computers, servers and network systems is secure and stable in order to minimize interruptions / downtime in operation.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, analyse and prioritize their requirements and expectations ensuring there are engaged and satisfied.
- Implement IT projects and system enhancement, ensuring within scope, time, and cost.
- Manage local vendors on IT matters.
- Escalation of support matters to Level 2 whenever required.
- Ensure application and infrastructure support are managed within IT SLA for smooth daily operation within Sandakan region.
