IT Security Support Engineer (Colombia)

About The Role

As a IT Security Specialist, Identity & Access Management (IAM), you’ll support and improve access, permissions, and identity workflows across complex enterprise systems. You’ll work in a security-as-code environment where access changes are requested through pull requests, validated through CI/CD pipelines, and deployed into critical systems such as Okta, LDAP, and SCIM-connected platforms. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys solving system access challenges, supporting users across technical levels, and ensuring secure, reliable identity operations.
