Job Description
- Define scope, objectives, stakeholders, and application perimeter, including target setting.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, non-applicable items, and assess overall complexity and effort.
- Establish the cybersecurity control matrix, required evidence, and validation criteria.
- Lead workshops with SRM teams and providers to clarify expectations, formalize requirements, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Contribute to and maintain the implementation roadmap (tasks, milestones, deadlines).
- Monitor stakeholder progress and proactively flag deviations.
- Organize and lead regular follow-up meetings and ad hoc checkpoints.
- Challenge teams when necessary and escalate risks or blockers in a timely manner.
Communication & Reporting
- Keep stakeholders informed on status, next steps, and responsibilities.
- Produce structured status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
