Role OverviewThis role will support IFM policy and related processes. This includes daily oversight of reviewing and decisioning Line of Business (LMI) and Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software process deliverables. The position involves process improvement, documentation maintenance, and SPI metric management. A strong focus on technology governance, risk, and oversight is essential for this position.

Create and maintain Policy, Process, and Procedure documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with governance standards.
