Independent Contractor (3 months).
Potential transition to Full-Time based on performance and hiring demand.
What You'll Do
You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including:
Leading intake meetings with hiring managers
Designing sourcing strategies and building proactive pipelines
Screening and assessing technical profiles
Managing interviews, feedback cycles, and offer negotiations
