PLATO is looking for a Project Manager to lead IT projects from initiation to closure. The role will be based in Regina or Winnipeg, with onsite or hybrid work. Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT projects through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and report on project status. Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and consultants. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders with regular updates and formal presentations. Facilitate project meetings and scrum ceremonies to keep the team on track. Conduct root cause analysis, recommend continuous improvement, and steer projects toward success.
