This role also includes managing product development and solution enhancements. It involves overseeing both individual projects and broader programs, especially those with high-demand customers, product roadmaps, and multiple change requests delivered through scheduled releases.
The IT Project Manager leads the IT work stream, coordinates activities across internal and external teams, and serves as the central point of communication for progress, issues, risks, quality and budget control.
