Job Description
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, delivering, and governing IT and digital initiatives that support Nursing Homes, Day Care Centres, and Home‑Based Services. The role ensures technology solutions are reliable, secure, compliant with healthcare regulations (including the Health Information Act (HIA)), and aligned with care operations, clinical workflows, and organisational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects across nursing homes, centre‑based care, and home care services.
Develop project charters, scope, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
Apply appropriate methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) based on project needs.
