• You will lead end-to-end IT implementation projects for Service Management (ITSM/ESM) and Identity Management (IAM/IGA) focused on the German and Finnish markets.
• The role requires fluency in German and English, client-facing project leadership experience, and strong stakeholder communication skills, with Finnish as an advantage.
• You will work hybrid from Espoo, Kuopio or Frankfurt, travel occasionally, and be responsible for guiding technical consultants, managing resources, budgets, schedules, and customer satisfaction.
• You will start as a permanent consultant through Academic Work with the goal of transitioning to Matrix42 and must complete recruitment tests and a limited security clearance.
