Job Description
The POS System Administrator at Auxis acts as the technical bridge between restaurant operations, IT support, and development teams. The core objective is to ensure Point of Sale (POS), online ordering, and back-office inventory systems run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration: Administer and maintain POS menus, pricing, recipes, loyalty programs, and promotional items.
- Advanced Support: Provide Tier-2/Tier-3 troubleshooting for POS configuration, hardware routing (printers, video displays), and network connectivity issues.
- Incident Management: Manage ticket queues, escape complex queries to development teams, and guide end-users through problem‑solving steps.
