IT PMO Entry Level

The PMO Business Analysis Associate I position resides within the Digital IT PMO. It supports the Digital IT project governance, project work intake, project portfolio management, and governance processes. You will be reporting to IT Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Digital IT PMO and project portfolio management processes by assisting with project work intake, governance preparation, and portfolio tracking activities under close management.
• Help with the Project Work Intake process by helping review intake submissions for completeness and accuracy, following defined PMO standards and job aids.
• Maintain portfolio and project data, including status, milestones, and basic attributes, ensuring accuracy and.
