Job Description
The purpose of the role is to oversee and manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure systems, infrastructure, and support services run reliably, securely and efficiently, while meeting business service levels and supporting business continuity.
CRITICAL OUTPUTS Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and service providers. Ensure maximum uptime and performance of IT systems, infrastructure, databases and communication platforms. Manage IT service delivery and maintain acceptable helpdesk and support standards. Monitor and resolve incidents, technical escalations and user complaints timeously. Maintain disaster recovery plans, backup processes and security of critical company data.
