**Assignment Description**
- This task andels svereal business critical solutions, delivering to refinery and our laboratories.
- The team is located on multiple different locations and works closely with both customers/users andf our vendors
- Process and and follow up incoming tickest, document and store knowledge articles about incoming tickets. Dive into complex problems, solve ad hoc upcoming isuues.
- Follow up operational tasks; Password changes, certificates etc, etc
- Be part of monthly maintenance, normally run from 19:00-22:00
