Job Description
Experience:
· A minimum of 3-5years’ experience in IT change management, 2-3 years of which are focused on
IT initiatives.
· Experience managing large-scale IT change initiatives and activities and working in complex,
matrixed organizations.
· Proven experience leading change in large-scale adoption across multiple teams or departments.
Skills:
· Strong understanding of change methodologies and principles, with the ability to guide teams
through adoption.
· Strong understanding of the end-to-end change management process and tools from Stakeholder
Analysis, Leadership Alignment, Communication and Engagement Planning and Execution,
Change Impact Analysis, Training Needs Analysis and Development, and Change Measurement.
· Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and
engage stakeholders at all levels.
