Job Overview
The IT Manager leads the organization's technology operations - infrastructure, business applications, vendor relationships, project delivery, and data privacy compliance - ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and performing well while supporting business operations and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and secure IT infrastructure, network, and computing resources; ensure uptime and reliability of systems and servers
- Oversee business application development, maintenance, and enhancements
- Ensure service requests and technical issues are resolved within SLA targets
- Handle vendor management: selection, contracts, performance tracking, risk oversight
- Partner with business units to translate requirements into technology solutions
- Lead IT projects from scope through budget and timeline delivery
