Sika Spain is looking for an IT Manager, located in Alcobendas. The person will be responsible for managing IT operations, ERP/SAP support, infrastructure, business applications, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment between IT and business objectives. The role will lead Corporate, Regional & Area IT initiative rollouts across Spain, with a strong focus on Power BI, AI initiatives, automation, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on IT professional who combines strong support fundamentals with a builder mindset. Someone comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with a high degree of autonomy, able to balance day‑to‑day support with longer‑term improvement initiatives.
