Minimum Requirements Grade 12 IT Diploma/Degree Networking, firewall, cyber security qualifications preferred More than 5 years of experience in infrastructure Experience managing a team Experienced with: Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, VPN and remote-access services, Cybersecurity incident management, Virtualisation platforms, Network switches, routers and wireless networks Duties and Responsibilities Lead and develop the IT support team, ensuring high service standards and effective issue resolution. Oversee the administration, performance, security and availability of servers, networks and core infrastructure. Manage cybersecurity, including firewalls, endpoint protection, access controls, VPNs and incident response. Administer cloud platforms, business systems, user accounts and software licensing.
