Role Summary
The IT manager in a perimeter ensures service delivery responding to business goals and considering technical constraints, with a good knowledge of local landscape. She/he reports to the local management and serves as a member of the global IT team in matrixial management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a technological roadmap for business applications and infrastructure responding to business needs and aligned with the IT Group strategy
- Manage the project portfolio in conjunction with the business and apply appropriate project governance
- Drive IT service excellence both for applications and infrastructure in a matrixial global environment
- Ensure adequate user and local applications support in line with the business targets
