Job Description

Tasks

  • Coordinate license management and measurement for Lufthansa SAP systems (S/4, SAC, BTP, BWZ etc.)

  • Standardization and automation of processes related to SAP license management/measurement for the entire Lufthansa Group
  • Single point of contact for SAP license topics (costs, amount and type of licenses)

  • Designing authorization concept for different SAP systems (ERP, BW, SRM, CRM)

  • Analysis of business requirements and translate it to SAP authorization concept

  • Managing SAP authorizations as Second Level Support team member

  • Supporting projects and new system implementations, ensuring that solutions provided by the project team a...
