Job responsibilities IT Strategy & Governance: Define and execute a 35 year enterprise IT strategy Align IT Road map with corporate and commercial objectives Establish governance frameworks aligned to ISO, ITIL, and best practice standards Act as the custodian of enterprise architecture and standard Enterprise Applications & Integration: Own the end-to-end life cycle of all enterprise applications Ensure tight integration between: ITSM / workflow platforms (ServiceNow) ERP systems (Sage 300) Collaboration and identity platforms (Google Workspace) Cloud data and application platforms (Azure) Drive automation and digitisation of business processes Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems Cloud & Infrastructure (Azure-Centric): Architect and manage enterprise workloads on Azure: Virtual machines and application hosting Identity and access (Entra ID) Secure connectivity and services Ensure high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery capability Optimize cloud cost, perf...
