IT Infrastructure Lead (Bilingual English-Spanish)

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to drive and secure our IT operations, including Infrastructure, Technical Support, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Services. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, managing IT vendors and budgets, and leading a high-performing IT team in an international environment.

Key Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role or senior
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, AWS, virtualization (Hyper‑V), SQL Server, networking, and enterprise backup solutions
• Experience with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, patching, and incident response
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto firewalls, and network infrastructure
