Supporting 350+ schools, 450,000 students, and 35,000 staff across Singapore Your Main Job
Manage and improve the collaboration tools (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace) used across all MOE schools. You're the go-to person for SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Keep things running Monitor and maintain M365 and Google Workspace platforms Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Ensure platforms are secure and compliant with government IT policies Build and improve Lead migrations from old on-premises SharePoint to the cloud Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Graph API Integrate different tools so they work seamlessly together Support users Write guides and documentation for end users Run training sessions to help staff use the tools effectively Manage and lead Work with stakeholders to tur...
