IT Implementation Specialist / IT Department Transition Lead

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT implementation, infrastructure deployment, systems administration, or technical project delivery. Proven experience transitioning organizations from managed service providers (MSP) to internally managed IT operations. Experience with enterprise software deployment, cloud migrations, and infrastructure modernization projects. Strong knowledge of: Microsoft 365 Administration Network Infrastructure Active Directory / Entra ID Identity & Access Management Cybersecurity Best Practices Data Migration and System Integration Experience with CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, and enterprise business systems.
