This position acts as the primary point of contact for technical assistance across the company, supporting employees in multiple offices and project locations. The role is focused on maintaining workforce productivity by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and DoD cybersecurity standards. Daily duties include managing support tickets, deploying and maintaining equipment, onboarding support of new employees, and supporting technology setup at office and field locations. You will collaborate with internal IT team members, project personnel, and external vendors to provide reliable and secure IT services across the organization.
