1. The Service Manager Engineer will report to the SCDHHS Bureau Chief of Information Technology Services. They will work with SCDHHS business units to collect and develop requirements for System Center Service Manager request and service offerings. The position is focused on administration and

creation of new requests.

2. Work with System Center Orchestrator. Create new orchestrator workflows, maintaining, and updating workflows.

3. Work with Cireson. Maintain and update software and work with vendor to fulfill service requests. Updating JavaScript for service request offerings.

4. Maintain, update, patch Service Manager, Orchestrator, and Cireson.

5. Develop Reporting on Service Manager Usage.

6. Interact with staff, other team members, all levels of management and internal and external organizations, including vendors performing outsourced work, in the compilation and management of information needed...
