Job Description
We are looking for an IT Engineer with a primary focus on network infrastructure support.
This role centers on the operation, maintenance, and ongoing support of LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in network operations, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and day-to-day support.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.
- Manage, maintain and troubleshoot routers, switches.
- Manage and maintain network security and access control solutions such as firewalls, network access control systems, and secure access platforms (Cisco ISE, Palo Alto, Zscaler).
- Provide L2–L3 support and resolve network-related incidents.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for issue resolution, maintenance, and hardware replacements.
