- Solution Consulting: Analyze customer IT requirements, provide technical advice, and propose suitable solutions.
- Project Implementation & Management: Lead or participate in the execution of IT projects for Middle/Large customers, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, and timeline.
- Operation & Maintenance on premium customers: Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance for deployed IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Maintain Customer Relationship: Act as a primary technical point of contact or Customer Manager for assigned accounts.
- Support Customer issues in SLA, responsibility with best effort: Respond to and resolve customer technical issues within agreed Service Level Agreements, taking full responsibility and demonstrating proactive effort.
