IT Engineer

Overview

We are Eil Global, a company providing IT services across Asia Pacific and EMEA. We offer solutions in desktops, servers, networks and data centre technologies, with headquarters in Adelaide, Australia and offices throughout the region.

Location and Work Mode

• Site locations: Renwick, Blenheim, and other locations in New Zealand.
• Work mode: Dispatch – On‑call, ticket‑based, freelance, part‑time, casual.
• SLA: SBD or NBD support or whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site technical support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conference rooms.
• Perform operating system installations and re‑imaging activities.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, including LAN and WAN environments.
