Remotedxb in Dubai seeks an IT coordination specialist to serve as the first point of contact for Digital/IT intake requests, ensuring submissions are clearly defined and routed efficiently through delivery teams.

You will coordinate intake activities with Business Analysts and UX teams, partner with BA, QA, UXD and developers, track throughput and metrics, and drive process improvements using AI-enabled tools to elevate documentation and workflow quality.
