Your role on the team
- Assists the IT Manager and Corporate IT Team with troubleshooting network and server problems
- Assists the IT Manager and Corporate IT Team with installing and maintaining computer systems, telecommunication systems, networking systems and other required systems, troubleshooting both hardware and software as needed
- Facilitates network setup and troubleshooting, hardware including PCs, printers and RF scanners, and software changes that will benefit the organization
