PrecisionERP/IT is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6 month contract at our downtown Toronto client. Work will be hybrid with 3 days in the office
Requirements
At least 7 years Stakeholder management and reporting I&IT wide performance KPIs
At least 7 years Identify drivers to costs in IT operations and their corresponding savings levers.
Hands‑on experience with developing and implementing use cases in tools like: Asana, JIRA
Excellent MS office toolset knowledge
Experience with support resource utilization tracking and management
