IT Business Analyst
Job Scope
1. Support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and day-to-day System support
2. Provide end-user support, testing, and training
3. Consult and work with relevant Users and Subject Matter Experts / SME (both internal and external) on ERP-related requirements and provide solutions.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Collecting and documenting business requirements based on the requirements provided by Users
·Modelling business requirements and translating them to application and operational requirements
