Job Description
What you will be doing:
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and discovery meetings.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for application, infrastructure, and development teams.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, application support teams, vendors, and technical resources.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Develop and maintain business process maps, workflows, functional specifications, use cases, and supporting documentation.
Support enterprise application initiatives, upgrades, and technology transformation projects.
Coordinate activities with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
