Copier Fax Business Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a polished individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment to service our award winning products. You will be responsible for connecting and installing new hardware/software solutions, I.T. troubleshooting both on site and remotely, and performing general office I.T. tasks.
Responsibilities:
Perform installations of our hardware and software solutions. Assist clients remotely as part of our I.T. Helpdesk Professional Support Team. Learn and become an expert of our entire Documentelligence Solutions Spectrum. Fix and maintain Pagetrac accounts in order to keep client’s devices communicating and reporting.
