Job Description
Champion digital health integration at OntarioMD as the IT Assurance Services Manager. This hybrid role focuses on security compliance and stakeholder collaboration.
In this permanent full-time position, you'll report to the Executive Director while leading a dedicated team. Your primary aim will be developing and maintaining comprehensive IT assurance protocols, enhancing the interoperability of health services across the province.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead architecture and IT assurance initiatives • Collaborate on service development lifecycle • Oversee compliance audits and improvement processes • Establish and maintain architectural standards • Engage with key health stakeholders effectively
Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years in IT architectural roles • 5+ years focused on Ontario health service integration • Three or more years managing an IT team • Expertise in security frameworks and compliance • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
