Job Tittle: IT Assistant – Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and attendance devices
- Assist in managing servers, internet connectivity, and network devices
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and multimedia equipment (e.g., projectors)
- Help with user account setup, password resets, and system access
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support the IT Manager/IT Officer in implementing IT procedures and policies
- Ensure all systems in the computer lab are operational
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking (LAN, switches, routers), and peripherals
