IT Assistance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and assistance for IT applications including installation, configuration, best practices, issue resolution, and service request management


• Analyze and diagnose complex issues


• Recommend solutions to optimize standards, policies, and programs


• Coordinate the planning, design, and execution of projects, initiatives, and activities


• Serve as subject matter expert for your unit, clients, and partners


• Identify, input, analyze, and interpret data to inform management decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field


• A minimum of two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten years of relevant experience


• Knowledge of French is required
