Job Description

The suitable candidate will provide first-level support to users of the Company's business applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to users via phone, email, and ticketing system regarding the use of the Company's IT applications (ERP, WMS, TMS, and in-house applications).
  • Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and guide users toward effective solutions.
  • Log and document user requests and reported issues.
  • Escalate requests and incidents to the appropriate second-level support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain relevant documentation and records as required.
  • Participate in and support projects undertaken by the IT Department.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11.
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies.
