Key Responsibilities
Provide support to users via phone, email, and ticketing system regarding the use of the Company's IT applications (ERP, WMS, TMS, and in-house applications).Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and guide users toward effective solutions.Log and document user requests and reported issues.Escalate requests and incidents to the appropriate second-level support teams when necessary.Maintain relevant documentation and records as required.Participate in and support projects undertaken by the IT Department.Required Qualifications
