Job Description

Join Our Team as a Technical Support Analyst

What You’ll Do: Keep customers happy by resolving issues quickly and clearly.

Work with our team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What Do We Offer

Location: 100% on site, Bogotá - Chapinero.

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.

Contract: Indefinite term.

Salary: COP 2,850,000 + Commissions up to 200,000 COP.

Benefits: Laika Membership + Netflix or Spotify (after 1 month).

What We’re Looking For

  • C1 English skills.
  • Technical or Technological Degree in related fields.
  • At least 1 year of previous Helpdesk or IT Support experience.
  • A positive attitude and great communication skills.
