Introduction
Reporting directly to the Director, Information Technology, the IT Administrator provides front‑line technical assistance and support to users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues. The role will respond to enquiries, diagnose problems, and guide users through solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, along with a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
Location
This is a full‑time, in‑office position based at B2Gold’s Corporate Office in Vancouver, Canada.
