• Network Monitoring (Ping Plotter/Wireshark)
• IT Assets (Software/Hardware)
• Cloud-Based PBX (SIP)
• NAS (Synology)
• Email Exchange (Gmail/Webmail)
• IT Documentations (Diagrams, Plans, Reports and Knowledge Base)
• Troubleshooting Solutions (Desktop, Network, VOIP and Server Related)
• Directly reporting to the ICT Manager
• Working on PCI DSS compliance
