Job Description
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The IT Admin Support Specialist provides general support to the IT department. The role is active in providing administrative support for end-users by coordinating support requests, resetting passwords, tracking resolution of issues, and service coordination for software and hardware requests. Manage vendor relationships, invoice reconciliation, and contract facilitation.
**_COMPENSATION RANGE: $19-21 per hour depending on experience_**
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Act as the first point of contact for associates experiencing hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
+ Oversee and delegate IT Tickets for Bass Pro Shops Hospitality IT Helpdesk, frequently handling level 1 tickets and escalating more serious or advanced ticket requests.
+ Main point of contact of assisting associates with password resets and other software related questions.
+ May assist with IT department invoices, submitting expense reports...
