Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Maintain and update policies, procedures, and controlled documents.
- Manage corrective and preventative actions.
- Monitor and close out non-conformances.
- Compile reports, KPIs, and management review documentation.
- Support departments with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct ISO awareness and quality training.
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Relevant qualification in Quality Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 23 years' experience in an ISO coordination, quality assurance, or quality systems role.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management principles.
- Experience with auditing, document control, and corrective action processes.
- Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
