Island Life Sales & Guest Experience Associate

Tommy Bahama is hiring an ambassador to live the island life in our stores. You will greet guests, help locate merchandise based on needs, and represent the season's trends with world class service, contributing to a relaxed, aloha-filled guest experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and delivering memorable shopping experiences. Required: 2+ years guest and sales experience, a get-things-done mindset, and a high school diploma or GED.
