Join ISAAC's team as a Technical Support Specialist focused on delivering top-notch service in the trucking sector. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues while ensuring satisfaction and efficiency.
You'll be responsible for managing requests via the incident tracking system, emphasizing timely resolutions per established SLAs and KPIs. With a strong client-oriented mindset and your 2-3 years of experience, you will communicate effectively with clients in both French and English, training them on the ISAAC solution. Your ability to analyze and document technical issues will contribute to solving problems efficiently.
