Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that raw materials, components, or products received from suppliers meet the company's quality standards. Monitor and secure the preventive maintenance and calibration of the equipment. Observe and watch the environment condition of the working area.
- Inspection & Testing: Inspect incoming materials, components, and products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Perform various tests (e.g., visual, functional, mechanical, chemical) on incoming materials. Measure physical attributes using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Conduct material or product sampling to identify defects or non-conformities.
- Documentation & Reporting: Record and document all incoming quality inspection results. Maintain accurate logs of inspections, findings, and test results. Report any issues to the Quality Assurance Engineer, Engineering, or procurement teams. Prepare and submit reports on quality...
