IP Network NOC Engineer (24/7 Fault Response)

HTK in Taytay, Rizal, Philippines is seeking an IP Operations Engineer to handle first line maintenance in our Network Operations Center. You will be responsible for managing faults and ensuring quick service restoration while collaborating with Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 teams.

The successful candidate must possess a degree in Electronic/Information Technology Engineering, have 1-3 years of telecom or networking experience, and strong troubleshooting skills. This role requires excellent communication and customer service orientation.
