IP Litigation Associate – 4-6 Years of Experience (Boise, ID; Denver, CO; Minneapolis, MN; Salt Lake City, UT; Seattle, WA) (#1022)
Dorsey is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join our Boise, Denver, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, or Seattle office. This attorney will join a team of dedicated associates and partners in Dorsey’s growing IP Litigation Practice Group. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts around the United States and possibly before the PTAB or ITC. Specifically, you will handle the following types of tasks for complex litigation matters, primarily patent litigation:
- written discovery
- invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions
- brief writing
- depositions
- working with experts
- trial preparation
- appellate work
