Job Description
**The Investment Operations Specialist is a subject matter expert responsible for handling the most complex transactions, providing functional leadership, and driving operational excellence. This role plays a key part in client engagement, exception management, mentoring, and process optimization.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Act as the primary point of contact for complex trade, corporate action, and exception-related issues.
+ Coordinate closely with clients, custodians, fund managers, and proxy vendors to ensure timely elections and entitlements.
+ Oversee verification and processing of corporate actions, cash, and securities transactions across systems.
+ Review and resolve reconciliation discrepancies, ensuring appropriate accounting adjustments.
+ Manage system exceptions and ensure timely resolution of trade breaks.
