Job Description

The Investment Operations Specialist is a subject matter expert responsible for handling the most complex transactions, providing functional leadership, and driving operational excellence. This role plays a key part in client engagement, exception management, mentoring, and process optimization.  
Key Responsibilities   
Act as the primary point of contact for complex trade, corporate action, and exception-related issues. 
Coordinate closely with clients, custodians, fund managers, and proxy vendors to ensure timely elections and entitlements. 
Oversee verification and processing of corporate actions, cash, and securities transactions across systems. 
Review and resolve reconciliation discrepancies, ensuring appropriate accounting adjustments. 
Manage system exceptions and ensure timely resolution of trade breaks. 
Serve as a liaison between onshore partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders....
